Policy Overview

The Office Mart is committed to providing high-quality office products and excellent service. We offer a 32-day return policy for all products, whether defective or non-defective, to ensure customer satisfaction.

What’s Covered Under Our 32-Day Policy

If you receive a product, you may request:

  • A full refund within 32 days of your purchase.
  • No exchanges are accepted. Returns are processed for both defective and non-defective items.

After the 32-day period, we are unable to process refunds or returns, but feel free to contact us for assistance with your concerns.

Limitations & Exceptions

Our 32-day policy does not apply to:

  • Products damaged due to user mishandling or improper use.
  • Goods damaged during shipping not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds and returns are granted for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Returned Payments & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our payment terms. If a payment is reversed or disputed, you’ll be responsible for:

  • A $50 returned payment fee.
  • The full amount of your original order.

Unresolved balances may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency and, where necessary, reported to relevant authorities.

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage.
  • Any damages exceeding the value of the purchased product.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@the-office-mart.mybigcommerce.com with your order details and, for defective items, proof of defect (e.g., photos of the damaged product).
  2. If your refund is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  3. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
